High Maintenance

I hate to admit this.... but ... well.. I tend to spoil my dogs.  I don't know where it all started.  I spose it was the sweet little face with the big coffee-brown eyes and the way she slicks her ears back when she wants me to play with her ----  never the less, it's ended up here ......

"Alright, now, while I wait for my hair to dry, you can go ahead and do my nails."

Great.  What have I started.

The Expander

When Jordi first got her braces put on they also inserted this top expander contraption thingy.   It came with a key that I would have to insert into this tee tiny hole and 'tighten' it up.  While tightening it, the 'legs' would expand making her top bite wider.

She's had this in her mouth since October 2011 and in three days they are going to take it out.  She is euber excited !!!!!!!!!!!!!  I don't know why ?? ;-))

We were invited to a friend's daughter's Sweet 16th birthday.  How sweet it was !  Lots of food and friends and fun !!

Oreo's Doggles

Oreo loves putting her head out the car window when we go for a ride. But on occassion a bug or a piece of dirt will get into one of her eyes and cause some irritation.

So, we got her some "Doggles" to solve the problem!  Not sure if she likes them but we'll see ...

Our Tenants ... The Finches

Each Spring we put a fern out on the patio.

And each Spring a new family moves in.

Apparantly, we are "the place" for Spring vacation.

I hear the location and price are great.
