Church Youth Camp

Each year, our church holds Kids Camp and Youth Camp at some lake close to B'Ham ?? Anywhoo, they always have alot of fun learning who Christ is and how to pelt each other with paint balls. I mean, can it get any better?? Who says Christians can't have fun ??

CPR Class

Since I work in an Urgent Care Cinic / Primary Care Clinic, I get to get a CPR "Health Provider" card by way of CPR class. As you can see, I work with a bunch of nuts ... I fit right in ! I learned alot in class, like don't worry when you feel the person's ribs break while you're doing the compressions ... the main thing is to keep the blood flowing. And, other things like .. if you use a defibrilator, make sure not to touch the two pads together ... you'll get electrocuted. Loads of fun, eh?

They had a great time ! 16 hour bus trip both ways, The Capitol, The Rotundra, The Smithsonian, The Lincoln Memorial, The Vietnam Memorial, The Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial, The Korean Memorial, Ford's Theatre, Mt Vernon, Kennedy's Gravesite, Watching the Changing of the Guards, The National Arlington Cemetery, and more .... no wonder she slept for two days when she got back home ;-) I'm glad she went !
