They had a great time ! 16 hour bus trip both ways, The Capitol, The Rotundra, The Smithsonian, The Lincoln Memorial, The Vietnam Memorial, The Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial, The Korean Memorial, Ford's Theatre, Mt Vernon, Kennedy's Gravesite, Watching the Changing of the Guards, The National Arlington Cemetery, and more .... no wonder she slept for two days when she got back home ;-)  I'm glad she went !

Our neighborhood has a koi fish pond.

When we first moved in,   

the fish were small.

Now they are huge!

They love Fruit Loops.

Oreo does too.

Jordi Learns To Drive

I just want to say upfront that I'm not ready for this.

Didn't I just bring her home from the hospitial ?

Dad was a patient, gracious and brave driving instructor.

8th Grade Graduation

Jordan has graduated from the 8th grade.  She will begin High School next year.  Boo, I'm very proud of your accomplishments but especially proud of who you've become. And it would do your mom a great favor if you'd stop growing up now.  ..... just sayin.

Neighborhood Ho-Down !

Each quarter our apartment complex holds a neighborhood gathering.  This time they grilled out hamburgers and hot dogs and rented a karaoke machine.  Once mom started, she couldn't stop !!  We had a great time together and with our neighbors :-)
